Returns & Exchanges
Pop Galaxy has a 30 day return/exchange policy. However, all sales are final and no returns are allowed for sale and/or discounted items. Your return item must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your order.
You will receive 110% store credit or a refund for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping or delivery costs. So, for example, if you buy a dress for $75 and you decide to return it, you can choose to get $75 refunded to you, OR you can get $82.50 in store credit.
Your return must be in its original, brand new condition, completely unused, unworn, unwashed. If the item you received is defective, please contact us vie the contact page of this website.
We will reimburse you for return shipping only on items which are defective or when the wrong item was sent to you.
If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you must pay for it to be shipped back to you.
When you return your item, please include your order number and tell us if you would like to exchange the item for a different size, get 110% store credit, or a refund.
If the item you ordered doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Please include a note telling us what size you need.
We will invoice you via PayPal for any shipping charges, before your replacement item is shipped out.
We cannot assist you if we don't receive the item you are returning/exchanging. Therefore we strongly recommend that you get a tracking number when you ship your item back to us. We are not responsible, nor have any control over, the mail service losing packages.Send your return/exchange to:
